Constructed from durable Cast Iron steel with a rubber coating exterior and a matte black finish, these Grip Plates are built to last. While they may be a tight fit on the barbell sleeve initially, the rubber will wear down slightly with use, making them easier to slide on and off.
Measuring 254 mm in diameter and 35.5 mm in thickness, the 10 LB Grip Plate pair is designed to be compatible with Olympic barbells, with a 50.6 mm collar opening.
