The KG Elite Competition Black Bumper Plates are offered in pairs for the 10-kilogram plates and are sold individually in 15, 20, and 25-kilograms. Additionally, we offer a 140 KG full set. Each plate features a 50.6 mm steel-lined center hole, which fits Olympic size barbells and will maintain their shape in between uses. The 10 KG plate is 35mm thick to increase durability, while the 25 KG plate is 65mm thick. These competition bumper plates are durable, made from rubber over a steel core, and are ideal for anyone serious about Olympic lifting.
Featuring a low bounce rate, the plates have a steel collar that reinforces them for high rep use, and a raised plate lip that makes picking them up easier. With a gloss black finish and yellow color-coded lettering for easy identification, these plates are sold as single units.

These durable rubber plates are IWF standard at 450mm (17.75-inches) in diameter, with weight increments of 10 (green), 15 (yellow), 20 (blue), and 25 (red) Kilograms.
The rubber bumper plates may have a sheen present on the finish from manufacturing, which can easily be removed with mild dish soap.
Using these weight plates by themselves allows you to perform weighted sit-ups, bent-over rows, squats, lunges, and presses. When added to barbells, your fitness horizons instantly expand, enabling you to do deadlifts, curls, bench presses, and other weight-lifting exercises.
