These easy-to-handle Grip Plates are offered in pairs of 2.5, 5, 10, and 25-pound increments, as well as individual units of 35, 45, and 55-pounds. Furthermore, a complete set of 245-pounds is available, including pairs of 2.5, 10, 25, 35, and 45-pound plates.
Constructed from Cast Iron steel and surrounded by a durable rubber coating with a matte black finish, these unique plates are built to last. While they may initially be a tight fit on the barbell sleeve, the rubber will gradually wear down after a few uses, making them smoother to slide on and off.
The 35 LB Grip Plate, sold as a single unit, measures 368 mm in diameter and 45 mm in thickness. The collar opening features a 50.6 mm diameter, ensuring compatibility with Olympic barbells.
