The smooth sleeves of the bar feature bronze bushings placed between the shaft and the sleeve, providing a smooth, consistent roll to your bar.
The 20 KG Power Bar boasts a tensile strength of 165,000 PSI. Each shaft is ground, polished, and individually tested to give the right whip or flex.
The shaft of the bar features two areas of medium, mountain-style textured knurling on either end and center knurling, ensuring excellent grip and contact through heavy movements.
The Olympic Power Bar measures 86.6" in overall length with a shaft diameter of 29mm. The Olympic-sized weight sleeves measure 50mm in diameter and offer 16.25" of loadable length with a capacity of 1,500 LB and weighs 20 KG or 45 LB.
