Kettle Gryp is compatible with most adjustable dumbbells and nearly all standard dumbbells with bare metal handles, up to a maximum handle diameter of 1.5 inches and a minimum handle length of 4.5 inches. It is not suitable for use with most vinyl or neoprene-coated dumbbell handles, as they are often too thick and/or too short.
