Using Kettle Gryp is simple: open the hinged handles, place a dumbbell on the curved foam insert, close the handles around the dumbbell, and snap the latch closed. Kettle Gryp is compatible with most adjustable dumbbells and nearly all standard dumbbells with bare metal handles (maximum 1.5-inch handle diameter, minimum 4.5-inch handle length), but does not fit most vinyl or neoprene-coated dumbbell handles.
Kettle Gryp is made from impact-resistant ABS plastic, urethane foam, and stainless steel, ensuring premium quality and incredible strength, with a maximum dumbbell weight of 55 pounds.
