Additionally, a single plate can be used for warm-up routines.
The easy-to-handle Grip Plates are available in pairs of 2.5, 5, 10, and 25-pound increments, as well as individual plates in 35, 45, and 55-pound options. Furthermore, a full set of 245-pounds, including pairs of 2.5, 10, 25, 35, and 45-pounds, is provided.
Constructed from Cast Iron steel and surrounded by a rubber coating exterior with a matte black finish, these unique plates are built to last. While they may be a tight fit on the barbell sleeve initially, the rubber will wear down slightly after a few uses, making them easier to slide on and off.
The 25 LB Grip Plate, offered as a pair, measures 304 mm in diameter with a 45 mm thickness. The collar opening features a 50.6 mm diameter, ensuring compatibility with Olympic barbells.
